ValiMation/Kbace methodology has integrated Validation into the Flow Based AIM (Application Implementation Methodology). This approach is customized to meet the specific needs of FDA regulated industries.

This flow-based AIM approach has integrated business processes including validation and compliance as its central focus. The emphasis is on communicating how the business can be managed using pre-defined business flows representing leading-practice employment of Oracle Applications, rather than on the implementation of product features and functions.

Traditional “waterfall” approach is susceptible to delays and cost overruns when new or changed requirements are identified late in the process.
